With Tori’s experience as a women’s health coach and Sarah’s background in Midwifery, we’re here to provide expert antenatal education and help you feel confident, empowered, and ready for every step of your journey.

Meet your coaches
Tori
With over 10 years in the fitness industry and 5 specialising in pre and post-natal health and fitness, Tori supports woman with strength training, mobility, running and nutrition through every stage of motherhood. Her approach is completely personalised, helping you to move confidently, train safely and feel strong and capable before, during and after pregnancy.
Sarah
Sarah has worked as an NHS Midwife for over 8 years. She will be on hand to answer any questions, support you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum and provide informed and evidence based antenatal education, helping you to feel empowered and confident.
